We are committed to giving you the best salon experience and results for your hair, nails and body. Building a relationship with you, our guest, is our top priority and we welcome the opportunity to adjust any part of your service to your satisfaction. Kindly give us notice within 7 days of your service in order for your stylist to remedy any adjustments needed. We want you to feel confident communicating your needs to us and we will do whatever we can to ensure your satisfaction.
We require a credit card to schedule all appointments.
We kindly ask for a 24 hour notice should you need to cancel your appointment. Anything less than 24 hours makes it difficult to fill our stylists’ valuable time.
Less than 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the service total.
We understand life gets hectic and things fall off your radar. In an effort to respect our stylists’ time and livelihood, ANY SAME DAY, NO CALL, NO SHOW reservations will result in a 100% charge of the service total.
Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and our team members’ income is directly affected.
Educating you about the products we use to achieve and maintain your look is something we take seriously. If you are not satisfied with your take home products within 10 days, we will gladly offer an exchange of gently used products purchased at Hot Locks Salon. We do not offer refunds on any completed services or products.
Children and Pet Policy
We love your children and your pets as much as you do, we promise! Children receiving salon services are welcome in the salon of course. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, children not receiving services should be accompanied with a caretaker. We do not have a child-proof salon and due to sharp tools, hot tools, chemicals and heavy costly equipment, the salon is not a safe space for children to be left unattended. We also do not want to compromise the experience of our guests. As for your furry children, it is not State Board compliant to have pets in the salon unless of course it is a service pet. We appreciate your understanding.
Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards. We do not accept tips on credit cards.
Prices vary on time and the amount of product needed to complete the service. All prices are listed as “starting at prices” All prices are subject to change without notice. Gratuities are not included in your bill. Quality service is usually acknowledged by gratuity of at least 20%.
Due to the cost, time and/or complexity of certain salon services, we require a non-refundable $25/$50 deposit for certain reservations, including, but not limited to special occasion styles and color services.
